Who pays for the return shipping?
In the event that the product is found to have a manufacturing defect upon inspection, the seller shall bear the full cost of return shipping for the item.
Can I exchange an item?
Due to the made-to-order, custom nature of our products, we cannot accommodate any exchange requests.

Yes! After your order is processed and shipped, we’ll send you a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number on our website to check the real-time status of your shipment.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly to ensure fast shipping. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact our support team as soon as possible. Once the order is shipped, modifications or cancellations may not be possible.

What are Tailai products made of?
Tailai jewelry combines genuine natural crystals (such as amethyst, citrine, white crystal and red agate) with hand-formed incense beads made from agarwood powder and a blend of natural botanicals, following a traditional heritage formula. Each piece is handcrafted with intention.
Why might my bracelet look different from the photos?
The bracelet is made with genuine natural gemstones. Due to the inherent uniqueness of natural stones, the actual product may have slight differences in color, texture and overall appearance from the images displayed.
