At Tailai, we take great pride in the craftsmanship of our products. Because most of our items are handcrafted to your specific size and requirements, please read our policy carefully before placing your order.
All items at Tailai Space are handcrafted to your specific measurements. Due to the personalized nature of these items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:
- Incorrect size selected by the customer.
- Change of mind or personal preference.
We conduct rigorous quality checks before every shipment. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, we are committed to making it right.
- Reporting Window: Please email us at tailai@tailaispace.com within 48 hours of receiving your package.
- Required Documentation: Your email must include your Order Number and clear photos/videos showing the defect or damage.
- Resolution: Upon verification of the defect, we will provide a free repair or a replacement of the same item.
In the event that a repair or replacement is not possible due to stock availability or other factors, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
- InProcessing Time: Once a refund is approved, it will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
As our jewelry is custom-fitted, customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements. Please refer to our Sizing Guide before completing your purchase. We cannot offer refunds, repairs, or replacements for items that do not fit due to incorrect measurements provided by the customer.
